On the afternoon of August 1, 2022, the "Changzhou University-Trendi Medical 2022 Joint Training Summary and Exchange Meeting" was held in the company's conference room, and four master's students of Changzhou University ended their one-month working life and gathered together to exchange their impressions and feelings about their internships.
At the exchange meeting, General Manager Chen Qiaoling congratulated the four students on the successful completion of their internship and cordially asked them about their gains and impressions this month.
One of the students said that through this internship, I learned to face failure. Compared with the smooth results of operating according to the content of textbooks in school, enterprises will encounter various setbacks and failures in the actual research and development process. General Manager Chen Qiaoling commented that there will inevitably be failures in R&D work, and we cannot be discouraged, constantly adjust the direction, overcome difficulties, and finally succeed.
Other students said that they were a little apprehensive when they entered the workplace for the first time in their lives, but the tutors and other colleagues gave a lot of help and support, and through this internship, they learned a lot of content that was not in the textbook, which was of great help to the future job search.
