3. Profile

Hongliu Xia successively served as the Director of Industrial Resources Division, Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology (CAS), and the Director of Shanghai Jiading Advanced Technology Innovation and Development Center. For a long time, he has been engaged in the industrialization of technical achievements in the Institute of Computing Technology of CAS, which founded Lenovo Group and Shuguang of Chinese Science and Technology, and has successfully promoted the industrialization of the Loongson. After he was transferred to Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, CAS, in 2010, he was mainly responsible for the cultivation and investment of the institute's start-up. He led the establishment of Shanghai Jiading Advanced Innovation and Development Center, which has incubated 138 enterprises. He also launched 5 investment funds and 1 angel investment fund.  He has successively led the investment of Pro-Hifu Medical Technology Co., Ltd, Zhongke Huikang Medical Co., Ltd, Len Seiki Co., Ltd, Ion Beam Technology Co., Ltd, Amshenn Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, etc., has obtained the good return on investments. He has many industry theory and actual combat experience, and he is expert, scholar and senior investor of information electronics, robotics and intelligent manufacturing, health care, and other fields of focus. In 2013, he was awarded as Shenzhen High-level Local Leading Talents. He was responsible of the external investment and financing of the Adcanced Institute and led the establishment of Shanghai Jiading Advanced Innovation and Development Center, which has occupied 138 enterprises at present. He initiated 3 investment funds, directly managed a VC investment fund and an angel investment fund, and invested nearly 30 projects, most of them achieved good development and value growth.
